Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue affecting support tickets in Vivi Central. Customers are unable to create new tickets, and existing tickets may also not be visible.

We are working with Atlassian to determine whether there is an ongoing issue impacting their cloud services and the APIs used by our support platform.
